By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service. All the artwork commissioned will be in a digital image and will be sent to the site where order is placed and communication happened or via email, as preferred by the commissioner. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission. My work is for personal or private use only, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made. If you intend to make a commercial use, such information needs to be disclosed while discussing the work as it may change the commission price.   General Terms Please make sure to write in a clear and very understandable references.  If changes requested and require complex work, you may need to pay an additional fee.  You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. Personal use only. If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission. I do not allow resells / trades. Trades can possibly happen if it is attached to a character. If text changes need, please come forward to me and ask for it with a fee of £5.    Payment I will only be taking payment via PayPal and Ko-fi for now. Do not ask me any other payment options. All commissioner must pay on the day of the due date (only up for 24 hours)   By reading these terms of services and sending the commission form, it will be on me understanding that you agree with these terms. +maybe this is an annoying request, but is there a way for you to make the font readable in the 160x220? 

I love how it looks on the large art, but it's very hard to see in the smaller edits. :s
