I'm not so good with people or chibis but am always open to trying new things!
Your order may take up to a week possibly longer if i have to study.
I will always keep you updated on when i will have your badge completed via private message.
If you want your badge in parts let me know and i can break it up for you.
Please be specific with how you want your badge and color theme to be!
Don't be afraid to tell me of changes you want during the process, it helps me to improve my art.
(Please bear in mind if you send a ref of a syringe please ensure it is a drawing/kawaii style not an actual photo
i have a terrible syringe phobia and it triggers my anxiety lol)

I'll do 2 versions one pastel the other bright and you can have both versions!
Also, i can do lettering but i struggle with pixelling handwritten styled font but i'll still make it look cute! 

 

 

 

 

 

Update: This is what i've come up with from your idea!

The frills around the edge was so hard to fit in a 20x20 but i managed it!

If you're happy i can go ahead and add colors how you wanted it! (Pastel)
There's 3 colors to this - bow, frills and heart.

Let me know which colors you want for each part ^^

SO these are the changes i've made per request:
V1 - Bright version

I changed the bow color to a hot pink because it didn't show up too well being yellow simply due to lack of tile space
added the sparkle you requested - i did try fitting more but it took the attention away from the badge itself
i then tried overlapping sparkles over the image but i felt it lost it's frilly heart shape also bolded the lettering so it stood out more c;
V2 - Pastel version I kept the bow yellow and changed the heart and frills to a pastel color and there's unfortunately not much else i can do
to make it stand out more i tried going lighter and it wasn't as visible as the darker orange outline i use for my stars 

also added sparkle with both versions too here's a close up so you can see the difference my preview icon
doesn't show it too great with it being similar colors ^^
