This is the Ink style where characters look like they come out of a comic book or storybook (with illustrations) living for it

Btw I was looking with mom at artist's contributions and she said your Jessica Rabbit stood out immediately xD

Mom is a bright color lover and I'm definitely her kid haha

 

I honestly have no clue of the backstory on this character
