The second character I have not come up with a name yet and I simply call him shadow, it is a work in progress. Shadow is a Hispanic male of average height and looks. Has black hair and brown eyes. He has a built body and spends much of his time swimming. A bit of his backstory is that he was raised in a good home and environment but learning of hardship that others go though makes him try to be a good person. Even if he is a bit immature at times. He is attempting to become a police officer but due to his inexperience nature is struggling and his refusal to use his own powers in fear involving his friends and family in the hero world. His powers cause bolts of white energy to spark around his body and for his eyes to become covered with this white energy with sparks coming off the edges. His power is increase strength, but only when his ability is active. The only requirement for his superhero getup is that his face has to be covered.
