iH Nice to meet you guys, my name is Heather and I'm currently 21. I have never gone to a doctor to be diagnosed, even though I have thought many times that I should see one. I have social anxiety, anxiety, depression, and I have panic attacks too. The earliest I can remember where I've started to have bad anxiety was 4th grade, and it just worsened as I got older, but I get way too anxious to actually make myself go to a doctor lol.
