[Removed by moderator] 4) Please be patient after placing your orders. Commissioning Polarity Artworks functions on a “first come, first served” principle. Each order will be assigned an order code. Your code will come in the form of: 5) Every two days, a progress list will be published, showing updates on the: order code, next to the progress stage at which your commission is: number of occupied slots, along with the number of available ones other important information regarding scheduling, and due dates ! In order to make it easier for you to follow your commission, you may also add a small symbol next to your name: 6) Using the reference photos provided, a sketch will be drawn. Once you are happy with the pose, and how your idea is portrayed, you will be emailed an invoice, using the address that you’ve provided. The rendering of your commission will start only after the payment is made in full. In the event that the payment isn’t made in the first 2 days of receiving the sketch, you lose the commissions slot. If you order a sketch: You will first receive a heavily watermarked version of your sketch, then an invoice will be sent to you. After the payment is done, you’ll be sent the clean version of your sketch, with a small watermark, unless you pay for the watermark to be removed. 7) The customer will receive progress WIPs regularly, after the invoice sent is paid in full. 8) Please do not ask for major modifications after the sketch or base color layer have been finished, as I will not be able to honor them. 9) If you do not have any concrete ideas of what you’d like me to draw, other than general information about the character, you’ll be giving me creative freedom with your commission. 10) The final version of the artwork can either be sent through Art Haven, [Removed by moderator] or the email provided in the form. 11) Please have respect for my time, and my space. I am a full time student, and there may be times when my orders take more than a week and a half to complete. Whenever that may happen, though, I will make sure to let you know. Patience is of the essence, for good things take time. 12) It is possible to take inspiration from a Premade artwork for your custom art order. I will also release YCH (your character here) options soon! 13) Most of the available options are SFW, but mild NSFW can be done upon request. No intense gore or NSFW is allowed. 14) The final version of the artwork will have a small, and/or hidden watermark. If you wish for it to be removed, you will have to pay a small fee for the rights to use it. That is also available for comercial use, such as for advertisements.
