Here is the almost finished version ºwº If you dont want the blood I think I can take it off
I might do some color enhancing touches and  that's it ^-^ I can do a simple bloody BG if you want too

i think the only change is maybe to add a bit more volume to her hair since she has thick long hair otherwise she's perfect!!

Okay! Nearly finished this is pretty much the final version, will send u a bit higher res in PM (only need to do a tiny adjust to the choker and tongue and that's it ) 
I can leave the BG white or with the b&w backgrounds you've in your examples :D
