      You should try Krita! It's free and easy to use once you get the hang of it.. a lot less crashy than gimp :bgoodjob:

      If you're short on cash, you can always post to one of the nice Free Shops available! They do customs for free, and you're sure to find an artist there that will find inspiration from your ideas. Especially if you're requesting male art, since that is one a lot of GASR artists like to get practice in! If you are looking to spend cash, I do repaint customs through PM, and there are other artists like me if you're looking to be more personal with what you receive :byaslove:
