  1. So someone stole one of my very old art pieces on imvu and I have like no idea what to do. Should I confront them? How do I handle this?? D:

      I'm sorry to hear that some of your pieces have been used without your authorization! In order to have your piece removed from their profile, please inform the artist of the situation so that they may contact the user. Should the user refuse to remove their content, then they can file a DMCA Takedown. If you are the artist, then you would file the DMCA. We have a couple pages that you may view to get a better understanding of what a DMCA Takedown is and what the act protects. While one is our own guidelines, information regarding what DMCA and Copyright Infringement is can be found as well. You may find this page here: DMCA Guidelines.
