So I've been getting a lot of positive feed back about my Dp so I thought I would share my steps on how I usually complete my Dps

Step 1: Rough sketch

Step 2: Line Art

Step 3: Base

Step 4: Shadows and Highlights

Step 5: Blend and color

Step 6: Red tone overlays

Step 7: Details (eyes mouth etc)

Step 8: Clothing + Hair

Step 9: Background and foreground

Step 10: Overlays

Step 11: More overlays LOL

Step 12: More detail 

 And after filters and animations DONE!
