Random question, but.. Do you artists prefer large sta.sh's, or small ones?
Or is there really no preference as long as you can get the job done? I usually provide a pretty large sta.sh, and I'm always wondering if it's bothersome.
Like, I guess an example of a 'large' one would include the characters main stuff (age, gender, eye color, ect), then their personality, a bit of an outfit description, and a few other things. And a small sta.sh would be a few sentences with age/gender/maybe a brief personality.- Show previous comments 2 more

@raisu I figured it's really just dependent on the artist. Basically all my sta.sh's are larger, so I wasn't sure if most preferred shorter ones!
@princepol You're one of the artists I worry about annoying with long explanations, actually, LMAO. Though, having a larger sta.sh gave you a little sketch idea of Biohazard - so that was pretty cute + neat.-

It's cool to have various references about the oc, both i always look for references that complement the references i already have... if that makes sense

i love reading character’s background! It’s really helps a lot. And yes i do make head canons with almost every oc commissioned to me. It makes drawing extra fun
