GUESS WHO'S BACK AFTER A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME BECAUSE SHE FOUND THE RIGHT
VITAMINS AND NOW SHE FEELS LIKE A HUMAN AGAIN.
IT'S YA GURL, JURNS.
So apparently I was really deficient in the vitamins B6 & B12. (and also vitamin D and Folate)
(I finally got a blood test done. I hate needles, so I avoided it for months)
I've been taking the (really high dose) supplements for a week now and I feel like there has been a huge improvement
in my depressive episodes and dissociation.
I still feel a bit numb and over-all just a little sad, but I no longer feel like a zombie.
Time is also going by slowly, which is a GREAT thing because that means I'm not dissociating as much.
(I tend to dissociate for hours at a time, and it makes me feel like time is skipping and going by fast)
I'm going to freshen up and revamp my premade store!
and I'm going to change my username!
I feel like I want things to be fresh and new, so that's what I'll do!
and I SWEAR I will keep up with my vitamins, so I won't get sick again.
my bf makes me take my vitamins and medications every night before bed.
so dont worry.
