I am very apologetic to my customers I have made wait for an extended period of time for their completed pieces.
Life has been very hectic but has gotten easier in recent months, all pieces have been complete and are being delivered to you as soon as possible.

Partial refunds and free coupons will be offered as an apology to each and every one of you.

This inconvenience will not become an issue in the future, as I have learned from my mistakes in taking these steps.
