Today, I woke up to my dog dead. She was an older female dog, so she died most likely because of old age, but I still wish it didn’t happen. She was one of the sweetest dogs ever and I’ll miss her. She gave me the best cuddles and the best tail-wags once I opened a bag of dog treats. Not only did that happen, but my man left me as well. Now, my day was very eventful. How about you guys?

@Lunna - I’m sorry for your loss as well, then. ): Of course id keep Stella in my thoughts always even if I do decide to get a new dog. I just feel so sad right now, I might wait a couple of months to get a new one so i don’t feel as bad or something? Thanks for your input love it really helps me to decide what to do in this type of situation.

You can still keep the good memories with your fur baby while having a new one for emotional support. If it's something you feel you want to do, it'd probably be good for your healing! Wish you all the best.
