Ok I see you are going for a stylized look (obviously) so first I would say that the shoulders are a bit shallow but I think that's your intent. 

I think the problem is the way that the body is. It's looking straight forward yes? Then the boobs should be at the center of the body but they are a bit off.

If the character is a bit turned then you need to extend the left side of the body but I think it makes more sense if they are facing forward.
