I’d say the only thing is maybe for the clouds at the back, could they be a bit more obvious? Idk if it’s the colours, but they look a bit bright for me atm

I'm not sure if it's possible but your sketch made me wonder if her posture can be tweaked such that she looks like she's curious of something at the side? like this image!
with her skirt a little flowy n dynamic! I actually rmb there was this iconic picture of this girl with curly hair doing a similar pose but I couldn't find her pic suddenly LOL

perhaps also pop a mushroom on her deer's head too? and some flowers n mushrooms in her basket would be cuteee
