I can't get my anxiety under control and it's making it so hard to work. Idk what do to. can't just sleep it away.

I'll send you my one cat, but you have to bring him back. He'll also want to suck on your ear lobe though so. LOL. Honestly I know and understand how totally impossible it feels to get rid of it right now but breathing is the most important part to lowering your heart rate so that your brain isn't telling your body to freak the hell out. 4 seconds through your nose, 8 seconds out of your mouth. As many times as you need to.

My poor bb. The best way that I normally combat anxiety is to keep my mind occupied with the things that don't make me anxious, like the comfort of my home and room. Or my cats. Is it an anxious that you can't really listen to music without feeling uncomfortable and antsy or no?
Also something that I did long ago was name the things around me. So if I were in the living room I would go, lamp, table, couch, cats, etc. Until I calmed down.

So I got my new laptop. I still have a couple of things to work on before i move on with the premades i had posted. I'm still trying to install my programs but I should be getting back to work next week. Thank you for your patience.

I have a lot to tell you guys but here are the few things that have happened this past week. 1. I will be going to a co-working place. Being at home every day is very depressing and I need a change and to work on myself, so I could feel motivated and inspired again. 2. I'm getting a new laptop to use there (price will hurt). 3. All my files on this computer were deleted accidentally by someone else and I am very upset
. All my work is gone, even a premade I was almost finished with is gone. The only things I could easily get back are the recent 3 premade sketches I had posted. I am getting help by someone else to see if we can do a windows restore from the exact date everything was lost. Hopefully I can get some things back. and Lastly, I'm changing the paypal address once again and I have decided to open for 2 customs every week when I am all set. I'll keep you all updated.
