So um
This is bloody fucking weird.
Ok so i have been tryin to get into my account for days. Filed a support ticket and everything then i reply by email back and again contacting them through a help ticket twice.
They need to clarify how they prefer to be replied back to. Cuz its fing confusing
I was told that someone has been accessing this account recently but i swear i have not been on in a month.
So someone has some explaining to do why this is happening

I did reply to the email. Then got a message saying that if I don't respond then they would assume that the matter is resolved. So idk.
I used the previous password before and it didn't log me in either. I also updated my emails and Changed everything.
So i dont know if the ticket just bugged for me . Because i have them archiveD so idunno
Im like alan grant from jurassic park and social media lol
