recently I visited a doctor. even though I kind of knew already, I was told I am dealing with post-traumatic stress. I'm probably dropping either all or all but one of my classes for the semester but a huge upshot to this is I will finally have time for art. however I'm still feeling super down and not very motivated most of the time..  it's so hard to move on from this.
