By purchasing any kind of art/service from me you agree to the terms of service listed below.
GENERAL TERMS
-ArtHaven rules apply.
-Custom shop rules apply.
-Reselling is not allowed.
-Artworks are for PERSONAL use only.
-Artworks are not allowed to be reproduced as prints & other goods.
-I reserve the right to add some extra price if necessary (the price varies according to the difficulty).
-You have the right to 1 small change, after the concept W.I.P has been approved and the downpayment made (are considered small changes any and all add on that weren't referenced or mentioned in the formal request).
PAYMENT
Payment can be sent before starting an artwork or when the first W.I.P will be shown.
I will proceed with the work once payment will be sent.
Payment will be made only via Paypal invoice.
The currency is EUR for all my artworks.
Your Paypal email can be privately messaged or posted in the form.
Payment must be sent in 48h.
There are no refunds.
COPYRIGHT
-The artist holds every right to the produced drawing, not the buyers.
I hold the right to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself.
Use my art for prints & other goods.
-The buyers are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.
Use the art to promote themselves, with proper credit given to the artist.
Display it anywhere, with proper credit given to the artist.
