    Spoiler

I feel like everything around me is starting to fall apart. I don't know why, but every time I try to do something or go out, I lose the motivation because I end up feeling useless. Depression really fucking sucks sometimes. I feel like I'm alone and I can't shake it off half of the time.

:llampret: just doing some sad rambling, pls ignore.

It is not as easy statement to follow when someone tells you to just "cheer up". But, please know that even if you feel that you are useless, lots of other people think otherwise. Everybody has a purpose in this world.

Depression is difficult... It does consume you and cause you to lack motivation, but it is important that you try your best to fight against it. Try to focus on positive things more and put aside the negatives. Of course, that is definitely easier said than done, but please try your best to keep yourself cheery and happy. Although, you may feel that no one cares and you are alone in this world sometimes, please try to think about the people that you love and how much they love you. Try to go out more and enjoy nature, keep away from the bed so you don't sleep on your worries and have contact. Tell people that you are grateful for them and you love them and they will definitely return that positive energy back to you.

You are amazing, you are loved and you are precious in this world. You are a wonderful person and you are perfect with all the imperfections that you may have. I believe that anything that we see as flaws are what exudes our true beauty. We may have never spoken before, but please know that there are people out there who love and care about you, even if they have never spoken to you before.

I hope this message makes you feel better.

Don't let that black dog get the better of you...

Thank you, that means so much to me.
I did go outside for a little bit and my neighbor's dog surprisingly cheered me up with how happy she was to get attention.
