If you really want to, go for it! People love free things and it's awesome to get practice for!

If anything, opening a free shop will boost your confidence as an artist, so it's highly recommended. It gives you practice with your own customers, and everyone is generally extremely patient there. Even if you're not being paid in money the experience is worth the effort. Good luck with your journey

That looks really good. Hands are trouble (trust me, I'm having difficulty with them). Practice makes perfect & good luck on your digital art journey.

I work with Wacom One and I'm not a beginner. It's pretty decent graphic tablet, for cheap, but I'm thinking of upgrading it

Depending on your budget but most people recommend Wacom tablets, I personally own a Monoprice 10 x 6.25-inch Graphic Drawing Tablet (4000 LPI, 200 RPS, 2048 Levels) but bought a rechargeable Huion drawing pen (mine kept falling apart since the pen that came with it has the AAA battery to use it), drawing programs I say Paint Tool SAI but there is others out there also, just use what you would most feel comfortable in using.
I hope this helps & I hope you find what you're searching for.
