Update:
After constant back and forth with Microsoft's mitigation team, they have finally resolved the issue with Microsoft email domains being blocked from receiving emails and notifications from us.
Anyone who previously had issues with their account stemming from a Microsoft owned email address (Outlook, Hotmail, Live, MSN, etc.) should have no further issues, and those who temporarily changed their email addresses during the outage are welcome to update their email address once again.

We are currently experiencing an issue with emails not being delivered to Microsoft owned email domains. This includes @hotmail, @live, and @outlook branded emails. We are investigating the issue and will be in contact with them to hopefully resolve the issue on their end.
In the meantime, we suggest that anyone with an email address at those domains should update to a more current email system, such as GMail, to prevent loss of important emails or getting locked out of your account if you forget your password.
For anyone currently having password related issues with one of these email domains, please click "Contact Us" at the very bottom of the website and send in a request with the following:
- Your account name
- Your account email
- Your birthday and location (verification reasons)
When providing an email at the top of the contact form, DO NOT use the email on your locked account and choose one unrelated to Microsoft. We will not be able to respond to you otherwise.
