Hello. My name is sel (or cel) I'm a 27-year old  fantasy freelance artist, that also works a few times a week. I'm a lover of supernatural beings, sci-fi scapes, sky phenomenons, cloud formations,  flora, + tea.   I had a free shop a while back and tried my best to keep up with it but in the end I neglected to do so. With that said I'm opening up this new free shop (new in the sense that it's another free shop of mine, but in the exact same layout as my custom shop just adjusted to fit free shop guidelines),  in hopes of being active in it again and gaining some practice as well.

Anything within the request shop is free if you would like to check out my commission shop please feel free to do so here. Some rules were removed since they apply to commissions only, such as "payment," "refunds," "prices," etc. Those rules don't apply for my request shop hence their removal.
TERMS OF SERVICE
| INFORMATION
GENERAL  The artist may be reffered to as "I" or "me" in these terms. The client may be reffered to as "you" in these terms. All Art Haven rules apply. By requesting art from me (sel, the artist), you (the client) agree to the following: " I, the client understand that by requesting art from the artist that I am agreeing to the artist's terms of service, and that I have read and undersrand the contents of the Terms of Service." Any breaching of these points will result in rejection and blacklisting from future services." Please refer to my past works / samples to ensure my style suits your needs. All clients (and characters requested for free art) must be 18 years or older. The artist is not responsible for lost or damaged files; please back up any files you may recieve from the artist. As there is no guarantee or obligation to provide replacements. Request slots are not first come first serve.   DEADLINES AND DELIVERY A completed request has a loose estimate when it will be finished, as The 4-6 months timeframe will begin after initial sketch, and after payment. Not when the order is initially accepted. My schedule varies due to work. However, on my days off I will be working on both commissions and personal work.  Please understand that I will be working on other things as well. Or I might need a brief break before resuming said commission / request. I, the artist have full rights over my artwork, including the rights to post the artwork for portfolio and non-profit purposes. However, upon request, please let me know beforehand if you do not want me to pose the finished request on social media. Although I can still post it in my portfolio. I, the artist, can work on said artwork during streams. But, if you would not like for me to do so, please request beforehand. I, the artist will not sell any commissions or requests, to another individual / company (i.e. merchandise, prints, etc.) or claim the character(s) in the artwork to be mine. Please do not claim / edit / redraw / resell / modify / distribute / or use personal artwork for advertising (commercial usage). Please do not re-upload / repost my art artwork in any other site. However, if it is your commission or request you're allowed to re-post. But  never delete or hide my credits. Please link it back to my account appropriately. Please do not use any of my art (commissioned or not) for the use of any and all NFTs. This includes any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, such as: blockchains, cryptocurrency, etc. Please do not upload any of my art (commissioned or not) to any AI databases, generators, and/or websites. I reserve the right to decline a request and/or cancel any request for any reason. Commissioned and request artwork is for personal use only. Commission and request usage: you are permitted to use the commission or request online as long as proper credit is given (ex. within social media bio).   Please be kind and have respect for one another. Please be specific with your order (the more detailed the better). Please do not post forms when requests are full. It is not first come first serve but based off of interest.  Any additional questions or concerns, please let me know. Once you order, it means you accepted my terms of service. Understand that I work at my own pace, please do not rush me. As stated previously, all art from start to finish takes a while to complete. A completed request will roughly take around 4 - 6 months (if not shorter, depending on my schedule). This applies when I start your request (after the inital sketch). Not upon your order being accepted.  Once again please be aware of that when placing an order. WIPs: I will only send WIPs if requested, if I stop working on commissions (or requests) for that day and/or, I need clarification on something.
USAGE POLICY + LICENSING
COPYRIGHT + USAGE Characters requeste dmay belong to other parties but copyright over my art is mine. As the artist, I have full rights over my own artwork, including the right to post the artwork for portfolio usgae or self-promotion.,  I,  the artist will not sell any request to another indivudual or comany (i.e. merchandise, prints, etc.) or claim the chatracter(s) in the artwtork to be mine.
| REVISIONS
Both major and minor corrections are free of charge. Client is only allowed a total 4 major revisions. Minor revisions are infinite. Any revisions (major or minor) are allowed during the sketch, flat color, or rough painting phase. However the client is only allowed minor revisions during the final paining or rendering satge will not be accepeted.
REQUEST INFO
All customers have the option of choosing between greyscale or minimum color.  all portraits are done in 3520 x 5120  (full art size) with a resolution of 300dpi.   01  |  CLASSIC  |  "A3" Size (fully rendered grey-scale portraits) SIMPLE (GRADIENT)  / LIGHT BACKGROUND light background refers to simple interiors / exteriors ━━━━━━━━━━━━ Portrait 0 USD  Bust 0 USD Half 0 USD Background 0 USD ANIMATION (unavailable at the moment)  ━━━━━━━━━━━━ SIZES This includes sizes that are in the default package and miscellaneous sizes.  Note: HD crop is in a vertical orientation and can be chosen if the customer wants a close-up of their commission or request. The size "ArtHaven" refers to the default size used in ArtHaven. DP (display picture) 160 x 220 Standard (320 x 440)  | Standard+ (640 x 880) Full Size (3520 x 5120) HD crop (1080 x 1920) ArtHaven (200 x 200) If there is another size (not on this list) that you would like please let me know in the "size" section of the form.   COLOR TYPES  Minimal color: refers to one to two elements in the commission or request having color. (i.e. eyes, and earrings)  Grey-scale: all within a grey color palette.
RECEIVING
Upon completion of the form, if no sizes are requested, you will be receiving these as default: (1) hi- res png | 3520 x 5120 (2) png(s) | 320 x 440, + 640 x 880 (or any two sizes that are currently being offered)   If other sizes are needed/not needed please feel free to add that in the "size" section of the form. Or if you would like to keep the default just put "default" in the "size" section. If clarificication is needed on other sizes please refer to the "request info" section
WILL / WON'T DO
✓ |  ocs (this includes but not limited to demons, elves, etc.), men, women (not the best at but willing to try), any gender identity, any gender expression, simple (animations, bg, poses), tattoos (simple), horns, sharp teeth, piercings, face details (freckles, beauty marks, birthmarks, etc.) ,subtle blood/light gore, multiple limbs / multiple eyes.    ✕  |  couples* (can do matching separate art, not accepting at the moment), mecha, children or minors (this includes "aging up" underage characters), furries, animals (animal ears or tails are fine), real people (without their consent), armor, updos (pony-tails, buns, half up /half down, etc.), facial hair, elderly people, extreme/intense violence or gore, self harm and/or causing harm to others, fan-art, ship-art, complex (animations, poses, bg), anything hateful / offensive, nsfw, anything in regards to pedophilia / incest / abuse.   If you have any questions regarding what I will / won't draw feel free to ask. But please keep in mind, as I stated before I have the right to decline any order, for any reason. This applies to anything I feel uncomfortable drawing or consider beyond my ability to draw. However, anything that is bolded will not change (specifically in terms of what I will not draw). Don't ask, don't pry, I'm not going to make any type of agreement for any of it. Notes:	River is just a sweet boi. He is very shy but loves working on floral arrangements and hanging out with his close friends. He was created from the forest, though, and has always been fond to go on hikes and have picnics in the fields of  flowers. He is definitely socially awkward but sweet. He is a Goblin, and his ears are folded (seen in refs) but if you need more of an example I can def try to find you one. He is often found blushing, which is that red that can be seen on his ears  in the references. The leaves coming out of his hair are pretty much a part of his hair and aren't just random leaves stuck in there LOL.
