just keep in mind that it's very stressful to be a seller sometimes, and to think we are missing out on sales because of rules we follow to protect ourselves can be very disheartening to hear as it's already hard enough to maintain a reputation while attempting to make everyone happy AND keep yourself safe. i think everything else has been said, but just a reminder that we are human and we are trying our bests, and usually rules that may seem selfish, childish, pointless, etc are because we've been screwed over multiple times and now it's the only option.

in my opinion: i'm rubbed the wrong way by reselling for multiple reasons but most relevant to me, reselling does have the potential to rob the original artist of new business. i view it as--where somebody could've come to me to get an original piece, they bought a resold version instead and the reseller profits. i also agree with the notion that as an artist, hearing that someone wants to resell your art (no matter how innocent) does hurt a little, as it feels like something we worked so hard on for you has lost it's worth and value, and now it's just being tossed around. 100% would love to read opinions of opposing views though edit: i just want to add, it's a very unique concept in the art community to resell art without paying royalties to the original artist. for example, you see the walmart logo right? someone had to have made that, and in order for walmart to now take that logo and put it on products to sell and profit upon, they had to pay the original artist a heavy royalty.

it's taken a lot of self growth to just let things go for myself. things that bothered me months ago, people who pinched my nerves, people who refused to understand me and look past a surface image that they created for me, none of it bothers me anymore. i'm just here to vibe for myself and do right by myself.

like clockwork.. everytime i paint, record a video, and start posting it, i come down with a fever. i don't know if i've just overworked myself, or if i'm genuinely just unlucky but holy shit. this is ridiculous man. :(

try taking a small break every 30 mins! it can be something simple like bending ur hands or standing up and away from ur desk etc. my hand was swollen for 2 weeks from overworking so always make sure ure not forcing urself :^)
