Beppi got a little carried away with the helium- he’s alright though! I borked up the layers, again, so the colouring isn’t as good as I’d have liked but there’s not much to do about that now. Enjoy anyway!

Meet Dilly, an original toon character of mine and one of the primary background characters in a Cuphead story I've been writing! Dilly, previously known as "The Operator", is a rotary dial phone and a retired underworld informant. He's clever, witty and fast talking, always ready to offer a snarky quip or bit of insight to a situation. He's got a rough and sarcastic demeanour as a result of a an equally rough past, but he has a good heart and really does care about his friends.
