    Greetings humans :cutehehed:,  I wanna ask if a premade i designed is sold does it means that the character is sold to someone like adopts and it is no longer my OC?

     

    And btw this is my new premades, i hope USD65 is not a overprice. :khmm:

      @Greyw90 haha, funny I was about to ask you if it was okay if I turned that char into an OC xD

       

      But regarding your question, I found that it's completely up to the shop owner in their rules. Most other artists I have asked give approval and some other artists, like myself, have it listed in the shop rules that unless otherwise stated, the character in the premade is yours.

      Like others have eluded to, it is up to yourself on whether or not you allow customers to make OCs out of your work that they have purchased. However, if you decide that they cannot do this then you need to state this in your shop rules so that all customers are aware before purchasing. Although it's not strictly against the rules, you are entering tricky territory recreating a character that someone else has made into an OC, I don't think that it would be something that would be desirable for customers, and again you would need to state this in your rules. 

       

      In future, if you do have questions please submit a support ticket, which can be found in the help section. Having a moderator answer your question over a member provides you with clarity that the answer is correct, whereas I wouldn't want you to receive an incorrect answer from a member (not to suggest that you have here) to then find out it was wrong down the line after you'd broken some rules.

      @Katnipxo OMG now you have said it… that container should be called "glass dome" … not "bell jar" (no wonder why I was feeling I didn't get the right words lol)

      Yeah, I wanna them to have those forever roses kind of vibes, i was initially thinking to draw a perfume bottle but the space is not quite well fit unless I shrink the character extra small, so it ended up glass dome XD

      Sometimes I used to use screenies to remember not to be so extra. Then I slowly stopped using them and understood how to do it without. It’s crazy to think how much I said I couldn’t do it without screenies and then look at myself today. Little steps, love. If you wanna collab I can test your skills and make you draw in a 160x200 ;) LOL!

      Also that looks stunning so far!

      @Vaixe Thanks, it was supposed to be a practice, so I wanna get like 100% identically with the picture. But ended up only about 70%, and I can't help my painting style kept me draw like how I used to, like idk how to do textures and such… the T-shirt is just me giving up, like nah, at least it looks okay, so I could give it back to friend.

    Wanna advertise my latest premade a lil', well I just lowered the price to USD 5, but it will be a public premades.

    I guess it would hardly be a person willing to spend over USD90 for this piece. The designs are just generic to even be called OC. Besides, this piece is more of conveying a message than being as adopts.
