What We Do

Here at Art Haven, our staff team is committed to providing you with a safe, inclusive platform for your creative content whether you're here to buy, sell, display, or admire it. We hire directly from the community to maintain a deeper understanding of the culture from the perspective of our members in order to provide the best available support. Staff are members who use the website for its services, just like you, but volunteer their time to help out their fellow peers. We have opportunities for growth for those who seek more rewarding positions and experience to help you succeed outside of our platform. Join our team today and discover what you can achieve!


  • Fully remote workplace! Your timezone and geographical location are not deciding factors in our onboarding process; All you need is a desktop or laptop device.
  • Work when you want. We do not have set schedules for our staff members. You have full control over the days and hours you would prefer to work within our minimum expectations.
  • Have a more involved impact on decisions that effect Art Haven and its community as a whole, giving your advice and opinions based on your experience as a member to improve our platform.

  • Credible job experience, professional references, and/or letters of recommendation for future projects or positions. We want to help you put your experience to good use!


  • Must be 18 years of age or older and a member of the community for longer than one(1) month with a content count of 100+.
  • We prefer active contributors within the community; Those who have an understanding of the member culture and can navigate all features of the website efficiently. Previous moderation experience a plus, but not required. No artistic abilities required.
  • Able to read and write fluently in English with correct spelling and grammar. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
  • Owns a desktop or laptop computer with dependable access to the internet. No mobile or tablet devices.
  • Microsoft Teams is required to interact within our remote working environment. Gmail account and experience with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
  • Excellent communications skills and works well within a team environment, but must be reliable and handle all responsibilities within a reasonable amount of time with or without supervision.
  • Can resolve conflicts efficiently and consistently enforces all policies equally without bias.
  • Has no active disciplinary warnings. (0 points)

Available Positions

There are a limited amount of positions available, however, we open new positions based on necessity and growth. Remember to check back often if you're interested in joining the team! All applicants will be considered based on if they meet the criteria listed within the applications, respectively. We are looking for helpful folks who know their way around Art Haven regardless of experience. We will teach you everything you need to know during a training period.

Community staff are the face of Art Haven and have various responsibilities that involve advocating for our members directly.


Forum Moderator

Forum moderators manage and maintain all content within our forum sections, and provide forum-related assistance to members.


Social Media Specialist

Social Media Specialists are the face of our social profiles, sharing content and interacting with our community off-site.
