So im just gonna come out and say it. the quarantine has ruined my productivity and my mental health I was starting to get back into the hang of things in June. Even sketched out artwork I wanna make and such but then I was told I have to go say goodbye to my step mom cause they think her time has come. but it was starting to look up because she didn't pass away when they thought she was going to she lasted a whole week and then she died last Saturday on my birthday. If you ever wondered what people feel then loved ones die on their birthday. They feel guilt or at least I guilt logically it doesn't make sense for my to feel guilty but I do. Im decent right now but Idk how I'll feel after her funeral. Long story short I'll make more artwork as soon as I can but I dont have any type of energy to put into any of my hobbies right now sorry.

Dude, it took me a whole year to recover physically and metally, I can't believe it. 

Because depression sucks I've been MIA from this site for a month or so. I just had no will to draw digitally! My sketchbook and watercolors have become my best friend. With that said, about to make a post in the free section, so I can get some practice in before I start working on premades and customs again.Come say hi once I do!

Hi.

I cannot believe my last post here was in January LOL. Here are some life updates because I know you are all INTERESTED (honestly idk how many active people here even remember me). Well I was finishing my art degree but sadly my show got cancelled so ): finishing school ended on sad fart notes. Which makes me really sad because university literally took me 10 years (on and off) to complete. At least I get my degree in the mail..... thanks.
 

I also during the start of this pandemic got diagnosed with carpal tunnel (over the phone LOL) so literally I have not been able to art in months but have all this time since my work is closed... It’s literally killing me inside. I am almost healed and I find that drawing now doesn’t hurt my hands as much so I have been doing a bit more ): 

I don’t know what the economy looks like on G... arthaven (it feels weird not typing GASR lol) or if people would even be interested. I am thinking maybe in a couple of weeks to offer like “quickie” portraits for like $10-$15 a pop. So like not too expensive b/c my goal is not really to make bank but just cause commissions sometimes are a good way to get structure when my life is really lacking. 
 

Would that be a good idea? Also how are you guys doing )):

Some of you probably know that I did one before and didn't mention any winners, that was because I got banned on that time, but I will name the winner of that one too today.

(if you'd like to know why I got banned please take sit and grab some tea: I did 4 premades in honor to some famous movie scenes but they had drug usage on it, and I got rosted for not reading the tiny letters on the NSFW rules, I deserved it. Don't draw that kind of stuff, don't be as foolish as me. Thank you to the admins for not vanishing me from this precious land instead)
