First of all, I'll been sending wips and finished orders today.

Now, there's something I wanted to share, this is what I've wrote to chelly today

 

I am working hard on everyone's orders, I've been on too many personal problems lately. I don't really like to talk about it since I really try to make my best to not involve my personal things with work, but it's not working, and I want to tell you so you can know that I am not avoiding anything... until september 2017 that me and my husband were taking care of his grandmother, since she was alone with her husband but he is also a old man, she always lived in our house but she went so sick, we had to start paying a nurse to take proper care of her, also she had too many medicaments too and of course that was first, but it was so expensive. Until here, I was working properly, but at the end of that month my husband got fired and I had to take care of all the debts and expenses... I tried so hard to work as much as I can and everything still good but his grandmother unfortunately got worse and entered the hospital on january. We started to take turns to take care of her on the hospital, so my time was so reduced, when I returned home I tried to work harder I can as always, but I still had to work harder because we had a lot of things to pay, so I started to try plattaforms to try to get some extra while I worked on my commissions queue like Twitch and Patreon. Whenever I'm live at twitch I work on commissions too, I've never skipped, forgot or schamed anyone, my time just got shorter...
Unfortunately, she died 2 weeks ago... it was so hard for us and besides of all, it meant more money for the funeral... on January I resorted to livestream events on weekends so I could get at least a part of what we needed on just 3 days of weekend, without taking so much time and that way I don't extend my queue anymore. We're on march, I did that event once a month, and that type of event worked so good thanks god, and thanks all the peuple kindness, that's why I closed commissions everywhere to work properly on all the orders. 
Sorry for making you read a ton... maybe I should tell this to everyone. Of course this is not an excuse, not even a little, because I should be able to finish my work when I say I will... but I was doing the best I could to get everything solved the best I could... this months has been rough but we're better now... I know it looks awful to say that when someone died, but we took care of her the best we could, we even bathed her and helped her eat... she suffered a lot, she was a proud person that I know that she hated to be on that state (she even couldn't speak). So I feel better for her now she stopped suffering in every way... 
I will send wips and finished orders right on this moment.
