If I wanted to purchase Elite, and it isn't on a specified date. is it possible for me to change the billing date after said purchase?

Ex: If I bought it today, and wanted to change the billing date to the first.

Anyone know of a place I could go to grab some free brushes?

Particularly monogram related brushes. I'm trying to help my mom create the crest/monogram portion of my sisters Quinceanera invites, and time is of the essence. 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Even if you made it yourself.

Looking for something elegant, and ornate, if possible.
