@Verixia I've not used Clip Studio, I'll have to check it out. I'm looking forward to it as well, hopefully they will have an add on option if I already have a sub doubtful cause $$ xD but it's okay I suppose.

@Ghost You are welcome! I was hoping when it comes out it would be included in my PS subscription 

Unfortunelty CSP on ipad is also on Subscription but I got it for the year for I think $25 but still would prefer to own it outright like on my pc, but it is similar to Sai just has more tools like vector options and animation options. 

@Verixia I think that's just how they get you with apps having you pay monthly instead of outright D:

$25 isn't bad for a year at all, I see on their site for pc they have a free trial. I've pretty much switched exclusively to using PS since I'm paying for it RIP. I found versions before that were free but there was always something wrong with them. So I just gave up with that life. Was not worth working hours on a project for the files to corrupt.
