    After 10 years of procrastination, I am finally making progress. 
    I definitely need more motivation. I've been pretty much throwing them all out the window (Motivation where you at?).

    Also why painting is hard? I'm trying to just learn how to do some nice brush strokes and blending colors in one layer. :lazetears:

    I'm 90% done almost there.

      @Ivyx Thank you :klove:. I really don't have a specific method lol, but usually when I do it in a big canvas I tend to lean on the painterly approach.

      For this portrait I am mostly doing everything on one layer. I would only use a different layer to add stuff like highlight, small detailing or outline and then merge to the original layer.

      But normally I would actually use a lot of layers.

      I see~ I used to use a lot of layers too but lately I've been painting things on the same layer e.g. the skin+lips together, the hair, clothes. it looks so much softer/blended but also creates issues sometimes if I wanna animate *^* thank you & keep up the beautiful work, always love seeing your art. c:

      I was also thinking on trying to multiply 160x220 X 3 or something to have it the same format, but able to include more detail! 

       

      My big art always turns out better than my DPs lol RIP
