Third Commission from Benvenu7 name is Ra

The third and final character is being named Ra for now. A Egyptian man whose childhood was less then ideal. With a alcoholic father his early years saw him get involved in gang violence and acting out and getting himself into trouble. But he eventually joins the military and turns his life around leaving his old life behind and becoming a very discipline and strict person. Harsh but not cruel, he does everything that he can to show strength to people. He is bald and his eyes are golden iris. He is above average height and has a lean built. Below his right eye is a tattoo of the symbol of Ra. This is due to the fact his powers involve creating and using light. Like with the other two you have control over his normal attire. For his superhero getup I would like if it had a military officer type of vibe to it but that is all.
