Recently, there has been concern regarding when Haveners might receive their award from concluded events. Unfortunately, due to the new award system having technical issues, Art Haven is unable to send the badges automatically after an event ends. With that being said, please keep in mind that staff have to manually send out all event awards to every member that participated, which is a lot! This will take time due to the high numbers, so staff are asking Haveners to remain patient as they resolve the situation. The idea of this event is to bring artists and community together to make wholesome festivities, and to celebrate the gift of giving!
