GUESS WHO'S BACK AFTER A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME BECAUSE SHE FOUND THE RIGHT
VITAMINS AND NOW SHE FEELS LIKE A HUMAN AGAIN.
IT'S YA GURL, JURNS.
So apparently I was really deficient in the vitamins B6 & B12. (and also vitamin D and Folate)
(I finally got a blood test done. I hate needles, so I avoided it for months)
I've been taking the (really high dose) supplements for a week now and I feel like there has been a huge improvement
in my depressive episodes and dissociation.
I still feel a bit numb and over-all just a little sad, but I no longer feel like a zombie.
Time is also going by slowly, which is a GREAT thing because that means I'm not dissociating as much.
(I tend to dissociate for hours at a time, and it makes me feel like time is skipping and going by fast)
I'm going to freshen up and revamp my premade store!
and I'm going to change my username!
I feel like I want things to be fresh and new, so that's what I'll do!
and I SWEAR I will keep up with my vitamins, so I won't get sick again.
my bf makes me take my vitamins and medications every night before bed.
so dont worry.

@Arianna Thank you!! Me too!! It might sound silly, but I really didn't think a lack of vitamins could make me feel so horrible!!

Aaah yay! I’m so happy you are getting the help you needed and you’re on your way to recovery! It’s always a nice feeling, but a bumpy journey getting there! Stay safe and you always come first, remember that! If you ever need to take another break please do so. No need to overwork yourself while you’re trying to recover!
Other than that I am so happy you decided not to quit GASR and continue art because your art is one of my favorites on this forum.

Hi my loves!
I'm fully recovered from the flu and I'm finally back on my medications,
so I'm feeling like a human again!
I just wanted everyone to know that I appreciate all the beautifully written messages and comments
I have gotten. I feel so much love from you all.
I decided to start a Discord Server for people (especially shy artists)
to have a safe space. It's a work in progress, but I will also be selling my premades
in that server! So if you are interested in keeping up with me after I leave GASR,
this would be the best way to do it :D
I also plan on live streaming tutorials, collabing with other artists
and just trying to create a safe community for people like me.

hey guys, I’ve been sick since Tuesday and my sister is forcing me to go to the hospital before it turns into pneumonia again.
I’ll answer all PMs soon and have all the work completed as soon as I can. I made the mistake of not taking care of myself during this sick/flu season. Figured I could just sleep and take Tylenol and it’ll go away but apparently that doesn’t work. Thanks for being patient, I’m sorry for this.

I wanted to write out everything and explain some things,
but I decided it's best to get to the point.
I will no longer be on GASR after January.
I've worked really hard to become a better artist,
but I don't feel like this is working for me anymore.
Art is supposed to bring joy and be a great creative outlet for me;
but unfortunately, it has become the exact opposite.
I will finish up any custom work (including those on the waitlist),
and I will finish up the remaining 2 charity DP's that I owe.
After I close my custom shop, I will post my final premade batch.
It's been an interesting 2 years, but I'm ready for something different.
There has to be more to my life than sitting at a computer
and being unhappy.

Mental health issues is a bitch by itself, even worse when its caused by something you love to express yourself with.
I hope you dont let depression stop you from doing what you love or finding your passion for art again, even if it's not on gasr. Like everyone before me said, You are an amazing person. We don't need to be friends to see that, just by simple interactions and how you carry yourself through conversations.
I have total confidence you will get out of your current mental state, you've already done it in your past. Do what is best for you of course, no brainer. I do hope this is a see you later, your talent will not go unrecognized and when you do come back expect a very warm welcoming committee(even if you decide not to do art). If you do have other social media platforms I would love to still stay in contact! If not, that's okay too. Just know you are loved here and have support.

You know I'll miss your art every day, but I'm glad I'm not losing you as my best friend. I'll make sure to push you to be creative in other ways, and I'll even persuade you to come back after some time. But in the meantime I'll support you in the way you've supported me. As you said "let's better ourselves together". I'll always be here to support you, no matter what, and we have a long road ahead of both of us, but at least we can do it hand in hand and laugh the whole way. I really hope I get to hug you in February, I promise I'll buy an actual air mattress and not some garbage pull out couch mattress which is only used for the you know who people

It's definitely taking a loss to GASR with you not being here anymore considering you're (imo) one of the best artists on the platform. If art is more like a chore though and something that you despise doing now, it's definitely best for you to find what does make you happy, even if it's not art currently. I hope everything for you looks up for you & you can improve in a way that better suits you & in a way that you're happy with

hihi - Go into your account settings > awards > and then there's a box that has all of them listed! Select (holding cntrl + clicking) on all of the badges you DONT want to show up!

Hello pretty people!
So let's talk about something.
I pretty much only make DP's.
I don't feel like I'm making much growth as far as art goes,
so I'm going to be stepping away from exclusively making DP's.
It's going to be pretty experimental, but I'm going to start making full-size art again.
My style of art won't be consistent, but I hope that you guys will continue to support me
as an artist.
I just want to continue growing, even if that means I have to scrap everything I know
and start over.

You can do it!! I was the same way—I actually only drew in a 160x220 canvas. Carvings actually helped me move out of my comfort zone—and ever since then I noticed more details I can put in and it made a huge impact on me. I’m still working on getting used to it, though! Definitely something that takes time and practice but it’s so worth it.

SHOULD I MAKE YOUTUBE TUTORIALS OR HAVE LIVE ART SESSIONS ON TWITCH?
@Baylie inspired me to make some tutorials, but I want to know the best way
to go about it.
I think livestreaming some art sessions would be cool because you guys could ask questions.
but youtube videos would allow you to watch them repeatedly.
(can you record livestream sessions? o_0 probably. i gotta learn how)

If you streamed using twitch all your streams are turned into "vods" vods are the recordings of the entire stream, and can be downloaded and uploaded to youtube, theyre also viewable by followers and such, it's really useful and easy for artists!

Just some quick updates!
Custom shop will be up and running on friday! I will have 3 open slots and 1 bribe slot.
Premade Shop will have a rule change starting Monday. No more holds. Too many people are taking advantage of my kindness or completely ghosting me. You post the form, I accept, you send the money. It'll be quick and simple.
& I will be investing more time into studying, so there will be a lot more experimental pieces in my premade shop.
